This album was a huge undertaking for me, both musically and emotionally. With this release, I am paying tribute to my late teacher, mentor and friend of many years, Jim Miller. He was a giant in the Philadelphia Jazz community, renowned drummer, composer, and most of all, wonderful human being. I hope he would like this tribute. Keep "watching the skies!"
